Jason and his wife Lori grew up in Sikeston, MO. They have four children and have served together in ministry for 20 years. Jason has served in a few different churches, all here in Missouri. The family moved to Millersville, answering the church's call for Jason to serve as Senior Pastor in November 2018.
Because of serving in different churches and studying church 'culture', he as seen a trend of changing philosophy and approach to ministries. As much as he has seen it evolve over the years with different themes and goals, it seems these changes have not worked and even brought many churches to further ruin. The concepts, philosophies and goals of Christian ministry have far too long been serving as a source of segregation among the church body as a whole. Years ago in SBC churches across the nation, there were incredibly elaborate attempts to create friendly environments that not only looked different than the rest of the church, it functioned completely separate. That trend still continues today. And as a result, walls of discontent and waves of misunderstanding have swept through a generation of families.
He longs to see a renewal of sound Biblical teaching, strong family community and genuine, lasting outreach that results in people coming to know Christ as Lord and Savior as well as fulfilling the Great Commission. Pastor Jason's Twitter account
