Leadership

Jason Grubbs - Senior Pastor

Jason and his wife Lori grew up in Sikeston, MO. They have four children and have served together in ministry for 20 years.  Jason has served in a few different churches, all here in Missouri. The family moved to Millersville, answering the church's call for Jason to serve as Senior Pastor in November 2018.

Because of serving in different churches and studying church 'culture', he as seen a trend of changing philosophy and approach to ministries. As much as he has seen it evolve over the years with different themes and goals, it seems these changes have not worked and even brought many churches to further ruin. The concepts, philosophies and goals of Christian ministry have far too long been serving as a source of segregation among the church body as a whole. Years ago in SBC churches across the nation, there were incredibly elaborate attempts to create friendly environments that not only looked different than the rest of the church, it functioned completely separate. That trend still continues today. And as a result, walls of discontent and waves of misunderstanding have swept through a generation of families.

He longs to see a renewl of sound Biblical teaching, strong family community and genuine, lasting outreach that results in people coming to know Christ as Lord and Savior as well as fulfilling the Great Commission. Pastor Jason's Twitter account

Kenn Riehn - Pastor of  Family Ministry

Kenn and his wife Pamela have four children: Sam, Emily, Seth, and Lydia.

Matt Hale - Pastor of Worship and Students

Matt Hale, by the grace of God, grew up in a Christian home in Southeast Missouri. Although he grew up in a Christian home, it wasn’t until later in life that he repented of his sins and trusted in Jesus for his salvation.  At the age of 23 years old, on September 12, 2004, he surrendered his life to follow Jesus Christ.  He worked in the education field for 11 years, teaching and coaching.   In 2015, he left education to pursue God’s calling on his life into full time vocational ministry.  He served as the Pastor of Worship and Students at Hallsville Baptist Church for 3 years before being called to FBC Millersville in 2018 to serve as the Pastor of Worship and Students.  Matt is married to his bride Lindsey and they have been blessed with 4 children whose names are Larissa, Bryce, MaeLee, and Maia. Matt’s desire is to see lives changed by Jesus Christ and to help others grow in their relationship with Jesus through discipleship.  He wants to point others to Jesus Christ through the talents and gifts God has given him.
